By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the website

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Donations

Resources USA Foundation Inc. accepts charitable donations in support of its mission to foster Franco-American collaboration in science, technology, culture, and the arts. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by US federal law for contributions to 501(c)(3) organizations. You will receive a written acknowledgment for any donation of $250 or more as required by IRS regulations.

We reserve the right to decline or return any donation that conflicts with our mission, values, or applicable law.

5. Donation refund policy

All charitable donations made to Resources USA Foundation Inc. are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately designated for programmatic use. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate transaction occurred due to a technical error
• An unauthorized transaction was made on your payment method
• A clerical error resulted in an incorrect amount being charged

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction by contacting contact@resourcesusainc.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including partner organizations and program affiliates such as La Synapse and the Chateaubriand Fellowship program. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington, DC.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
